All bookings are by appointment and based on availability between 9am and 7pm. Same day bookings may be available.

What happens if you need to cancel?

In order to minimize disruptions to the schedule, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations of any massage appointments. For any missed appointments, you may be charged the full price of your treatment which must be paid prior to receiving further massage treatment. Any missed appointment can NOT be billed to your insurance company.

If you arrive late for your booked time you will receive the remaining time scheduled, however you will be charged for the full duration of your initial appointment time.
